In an effort to get people to look at me more I will become swan-like: a not-of-this-earth petal soft celestial body. I will shine like a pitchfork candelabra and puncture the sky to live forever the way a constellation does. In an effort to get people to look at me more I will take the pierced blue-black sky, and shake the stars into dew that drop drop drops against each blade of grass. So when you walk outside in the morning, after the sun has long since chased the moon out of the sky, you will have no choice but to look for me.

There, glistening like crushed stars against your feet.
